Andy Skoog
Andrew F. "Andy" Skoog is a former Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing District 76 from 2015 to 2017. He was appointed to the chamber in December 2015 following the appointment of his predecessor, Frank J. Mautino (D), as Illinois Auditor.[1]
