Angela Edwards Roberts is a former district court judge for the 13th Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1] She became the first black woman to be elected to a court by the general assembly in 1990. Roberts retired on July 29, 2016.[2]
Education
Roberts received her undergraduate degree from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law.[3]
