Angela Horan
Angela Horan is a district court judge for the 31st Judicial District in Virginia.[1] She was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly on February 25, 2015, effective July 1.[2][3]
Education
Horan received both her undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the College of William & Mary.[4]
Career
Since 2009, Horan served as a county attorney for Prince William County. She also previously served as the county deputy attorney from 2005 to 2009.[3][5]
