Biography

Angela Marie Walls-Windhauser was born in South Bend, Indiana. She received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1982. Walls-Windhauser's professional experience includes being a CEO and president for the nonprofit God's Finest Hour, a DOD/foreign warhead accounts manager, and a postmaster for USPS. She has been affiliated with the Associated Postmaster and the Billy Graham Association.[1]

The race for Florida's U.S. Senate seat was one of nine competitive battleground races in 2016 that that helped Republicans maintain control of the Senate. Incumbent Sen. Marco Rubio (R) defeated U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy (D), Iraq war veteran Paul Stanton (L), and nine independent and write-in candidates in the general election, which took place on November 8, 2016. According to Politico, Rubio was “the first Republican senator from the Sunshine State ever to win reelection in a presidential election year.”[2][3]

Rubio called Murphy "hyper-partisan," "a rubber stamp for, God forbid, a Clinton presidency," and accused him of fabricating his qualifications.[4][5][6][7] Murphy criticized Rubio, saying, "Sen. Rubio has the worst vote attendance record of any Florida senator in nearly 50 years." Murphy's spokeswoman Galia Slayen said, "Marco Rubio is willing to abandon his responsibility to Floridians and hand over our country's national security to Donald Trump, as long as it advances his own political career."[8]

In his victory speech, Rubio said, “[I] hope that I and my colleagues as we return to work in Washington D.C. can set a better example how political discourse should exist in this country. And I know people feel betrayed and you have a right to. Every major institution in our society has failed us — the media, the government, big business, Wall Street, academia — they have all failed us. So people are so frustrated and angry. But we must channel that anger and frustration into something positive. Let it move us forward as energy to confront and solve our challenges and our problems.”[9]

I am Angela Marie Windhauser, you can call me Angie. I am a God-Fearing, African-American Woman born and raised in South Bend, Indiana, the 10th of 12 Children born to Rev. George & Hattie Mae (Drakes) Jones.

My husband and I are proud Grandparents and semi-retired as we run God's Finest Hour Drama Outreach Non-Profit Ministry.

I am testing the campaign waters and gearing up to run as Florida's United States Senator.  I am a registered Republican and I would like to represent my Party as a God-fearing Candidate.

2016, 2018, 2020, I ran as a write-in Candidate; however, for the 2022 Election year my prayer is to run with my party's backing.

The USA must renew a common bond of unity and democracy with untethered Freedom to defend the Nation from unforseen events.
They are a powerful third branch of our Legislature that carries the unique voice and Vote of their state's citizens.
I believe U.S. Senators benefit from having experience as a working class American Citizen and having a heart to serve the People with integrity and Godly principles.
The Filibuster presents an opportunity for the Minority party legislators to be included on the decisions for the benefit of their constituents.

As it should be, the People deserve more service on important issues than a simple Vote from the Majority party.
A confirmation warrants the requirement of the Appointee to have the ability to give independent, fair service for the benefit and best interests of the American People.
