Angela Nelson is the Missouri Director of Insurance. Nelson assumed office on March 1, 2025.
Nelson was appointed as acting Director of the Department of Commerce and Insurance by Gov. Mike Parson (R) on December 31, 2024 following the retirement of Chlora Lindley-Myers.[1]
Biography
Angela Nelson was born in Missouri. Nelson earned a bachelor's degree and a graduate degreefrom William Woods University. Nelson's career experience includes working in the insurance industry.[2]
