My name is Angie Sapik, I live in Lake Nebagamon, WI. with my husband Nathan and my two children Calvin and Reba. I'm a moderate Republican- I lean heavily right on fiscal issues and I have more centrist viewpoints on social issues. I consider myself a freedom-fighter. I highly encourage individual freedom and lower government intervention.
  • I promote individual liberties and freedom above all else
  • I support conservation, wildlife, fishing, and hunting
  • I stand behind business owners and employees and fight for their right to work without government intervention
I'm concerned with restoring individual freedoms.
9-11. I was at the middle school tutoring a sixth grader when the planes hit. We didn't understand the severity of what happened until later, but it was obvious that it was a life-changing, catastrophic event. I was sixteen.
I had three jobs as a kid. I babysat, I worked at Culvers making shakes, and I waitressed at a local golf club for t heir Friday Night Fish Fry.
We need cohesiveness. A governor who listens to state legislators, participates in important events, and has an open line of communication is necessary to the success of the state as a whole.
Sometimes it's harmful. Politicians inherently come with an agenda- people with no experience come with no strings, and that's a benefit that lifetime policymakers don't have.

Scorecards

See also: State legislative scorecards and State legislative scorecards in Wisconsin

A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.

Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
