Anita Rivkin-Carothers
Anita Rivkin-Carothers was a judge on the Cook County 7th Subcircuit in Illinois.[1] She was appointed in 2007 and elected to a full term in 2008.[2][3] She left office on August 1, 2015.[4]

Rivkin-Carothers was retained to the Cook County 7th Subcircuit with 75.6 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [5]
Evaluations
The Illinois State Bar Association rated Anita Rivkin-Carothers as Recommended for retention in 2014.[6]
Education
Rivkin-Carothers earned an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, going on to receive her J.D. from John Marshall Law School.[3]
Career
Prior to joining the bench, Rivkin-Carothers was a private practice attorney in Chicago.[7]
