Ann A. Osborne is a senior judge on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. She was first elected to the court in 1997 and re-elected in 2007. She retired and became a senior judge in 2014.[1][2][3]
Education
Osborne earned her undergraduate degree from Springfield University and her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court Osborne was an elected sheriff for Delaware County, Pennsylvania.[1]
