Ann Marie Wheatcraft
Ann Marie Wheatcraft is a judge of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. She assumed office on January 2, 2012. Her current term ends on January 5, 2032.
Wheatcraft (Republican Party) ran in a special election for judge of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. She lost in the special Republican primary on May 20, 2025.
Biography
Wheatcraft earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University and her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Law School. Following her admission to the bar Wheatcraft worked in private practice until becoming an Assistant District Attorney in 2000. She has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America and the Avon Grove Wildcats Football League.[1]

2011
Wheatcraft won the Republican Party primary on May 17. She received 21.2 percent in the Democratic primary and 50.7 percent of the vote in the Republican primary.[2] She cross-filed with the Republican and Democratic parties. She and Mark Tunnell won election to two open seats on November 8. Wheatcraft received 30.9 percent of the vote.[3]
