Anna Albertson is a wife, mother, small business owner, and experienced civil trial attorney.

She currently owns and runs her own law office called Legal Angel which she opened to help the people in her community that need legal help the most. She also currently sits part-time as a court-appointed Judge Pro Tem and arbitrator. In her role as Judge Pro Tem she recently sat as the judge in the first civil trial in Clark County District Court since the pandemic shut downs.

She is running for judge now because Department 17 of Clark County District Court needs a fair and impartial judge. She will focus on the facts and the law of a case. Her rulings will not be influenced by the reputations of the attorneys who appear before her.

Anna Albertson can be trusted to do the hard work necessary to help get Nevada back on track. Her rulings will consider the community, be fair, and follow the law.

Anna Albertson has worked since she was 14 years old and was hired as a hostess in family-owned restaurant. She thereafter continued to work throughout high school and college taking jobs in retail and food service. Following college, she worked as a teacher and tutor until going to law school. While in law school she interned at a law firm.
People need to be aware of how important it is that we have fair and impartial judges. The judges for District Court in Clark County, Nevada need to follow law and precedent. However, their decisions also have a ripple affect that are felt throughout the community.
Anna Albertson is a fair and impartial judge. She understand how important it is to follow the law and consider the community. That is why she is a court-appointed Judge Pro Tem and arbitrator and recently sat as the judge in the first civil trial in District Court in Clark County, Nevada since the pandemic shut downs.
