Biography

Anne Charnock was born in Charleston, West Virginia. She graduated from George Washington High School. She earned both a bachelor's degree and a law degree from West Virginia University. Her career experience includes working as an attorney. She previously served as a Charleston municipal judge from 2010 to 2022.[1][2]
