Anne Cruser is a judge for District 3 of the Washington Court of Appeals Division II. She assumed office on March 8, 2019. Her current term ends on January 7, 2029.
Cruser ran for re-election for the District 3 judge of the Washington Court of Appeals Division II. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Cruser was appointed by Gov. Jay Inslee (D) on February 15, 2019, to replace Jill M. Johanson, who retired at the end of that month.[1]
Cruser was a judge on the Cowlitz Superior Court from 2017 to 2019.[2]
Cruser served as a judge pro tempore for the Cowlitz County District Court for five years.[2]
Biography
Cruser earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. Her professional experience includes work as a supervising attorney for the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and as an attorney in private practice.[2]
