Anne Katz
Anne Katz was a judge for the New York City Housing Court of Queens County, New York. She served in this position since January of 1993 and was reappointed in 2003 and 2008. She retired in January of 2023.[1][2]
Education
Katz received her undergraduate degree from Clark University and her J.D. degree from the Pace University School of Law.[1]
Career
Katz began her career in 1980, working for the New York City Conciliation and Appeals Board. In 1984, she joined the state's Division of Housing and Community Renewal. She then worked as an attorney with Borah, Goldstein et. al. from 1987 to 1988, and was a private practice lawyer from 1989 until she was appointed to the housing court in 1993.[1]
