Key Messages

No more ineffective, career politicians - It's time to return the power of the federal government to ""We the People."" Career politicians have devastated our communities through backdoor deals that preserve their own power at the expense of the people they should be representing. This has never been more true than in AZ04, where the current representative not only doesn't live in the district, but is totally out of touch with those he's supposed to represent. We need one of our own fighting for us in Washington, D.C.

Inspiring the next generation of Republicans and fighting against radical Socialism - We need leadership who will inspire the next generation of Republicans. Radical socialism has infiltrated the minds of young voters. It is time for fresh Republican leadership that inspires the rising generation to fight for conservative principles that preserve our Great American Legacy. We must take the time to educate the next generation on what conservative values mean for the cause of liberty and freedom. I have visited several college campuses and spoken with students about the value of conservative policy and principles. I will continue to reach to the next generation to ensure they will help us to preserve our Great American Legacy.

Fighting for rural Arizona - Arizona has been forgotten about by career politicians. I've spent the last 7 months driving over 40,000 miles in the district and it's clear: do-nothing politicians and the COVID-19 pandemic have devastated our communities. Small businesses have closed permanently, and families have lost their livelihoods. We need one of our own to represent us and to help lead us past this devastation and into the next chapter of American greatness.

Anne Marie is a mom who won’t back down. On October 18, she and a group of parents had the police called on them by her kids’ school for questioning an arbitrary 4-day mask mandate, the teaching of alternative sexual lifestyles, and anti-American, pro-China curriculum. Anne Marie took the fight to the state to put the parents back in the driver’s seat.

Anne Marie was raised in a patriotic family who planted their roots in America fighting in the Revolutionary War. She was born and raised in Prescott Valley where she graduated from Bradshaw Mountain High School. After high school, she worked several jobs to help pay for college, became a middle school math teacher, and then entered the business world.

Now, with her PhD in Business Leadership, Anne Marie devotes her time to running her small business as an education curriculum designer, serving on the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and raising her two children in Prescott with her husband, Robert. She is also a regular contributor for Newsmax TV and founded a group in Yavapai County that educates young people about conservative values and how to engage in their local and state governments.
  • Education - As a former middle school teacher with a Master’s in Education, and a mom of two children in school, I support school choice, parental rights, and increased school accountability to parents. I oppose Critical Race Theory and politically-driven education mandates.
  • Election Integrity - Arizonans deserve to have confidence in their elections, and I will support robust voter I.D. laws, signature verification on absentee ballots, and oversight of our election system.
  • order Security - I support strong border security that starts with finishing the wall on our southern border. I support smart visa reforms based on the needs of our economy. I believe in a simplification of the immigration process with a strong emphasis on bringing those individuals to our country who are identified as being the best fit for contributing to the growth and preserving the ideals of our great nation.
Anne Marie is fighting for parental control of their childrens’ education, election integrity, stopping COVID-19 mandates, securing the border, protecting our God-given rights, and increasing healthcare options. Anne Marie will bring a small business owner’s perspective to solving problems for Arizona and will oppose the federal government’s continued attacks on the right of Arizonans to make decisions that are best for our own state. She is also an advocate for inspiring the next generation of conservative leadership to champion the toughest issues we face in our great state.

As a former teacher and businesswoman, and having received a bachelor's, master's, and doctorate, I am passionate about fighting for education that trains a modern workforce for the jobs our economy needs. As I've traveled the district, I've seen businesses struggle because of a lack of skilled workers. Students leave college with enormous debt and often with degrees that don't help them get a good-paying job. Meanwhile, many of the positions in high demand in Arizona go unfilled. It's time we align our workforce development programs with federal grants and training programs to ensure critical industries have the skilled labor they need.

Rural Arizona has been disproportionately impacted by the lack of quality healthcare. I've visited hospitals, talked with private practitioners, toured mental and behavioral health clinics, and learned from experts about the shortfalls of Medicare and treatment options for veterans. Our jails have become the unsung mental and behavioral health institutions, our communities are lacking options to handle the opioid crisis, families struggle to maintain healthcare coverage, and small businesses can't afford to even offer healthcare coverage.

As I travel the district, I see communities desperate for change. They are doing the best they can to collaborate and piece together what they can for better healthcare options, but are severely limited by back-door-dealing career politicians who vote in accordance with special interest dollars.
When it comes to integrity and character, I look to my dad and grandfather. My dad was a paratrooper during the Vietnam era. My grandpa helped build air bases during World War II. My family has a long tradition of military service dating back to the Revolutionary War, and I'm blessed to have a grandfather and dad who carried on that legacy. Their examples left me with deep pride in my country and instilled in me a passion to fight to preserve our Great American Legacy.
My roots to this District run deep, and I believe that is critical for a successful representative. District 4 is my home. I was born in Prescott Valley and my husband is from Bullhead City. We are raising our family in Prescott. We have invested in the success of our communities because we live here. I go to the same grocery stores as everyone else does. My kids will soon be old enough and go to the local schools. I go to church here just like my neighbors. I will never lose sight of this. Our district deserves to have one of its own as a representative.
Over the past 7 months, I've driven over 40,000 miles in our district seeking to understand our issues while building a network of people so that we can solve our decades-old problems and move confidently into the future. Being present, accessible, and transparent will be at the core of my office.
Our communities place a great deal of trust in their representative, and unfortunately that trust has been abused and misplaced. It's easy to have the title and collect the paycheck, but a representative should be out there listening to citizens and then advocating and fighting for the things that truly make a difference in the community. Whether education, opioid abuse relief, mental health services, or any other issue we face, we need a leader who understands us and fights for us.
Dirty Laundry' by Don Henley. When Don Henley wrote 'Dirty Laundry', the lyrics were reflective of poor journalism, an era of sensationalism in the news, and a time when substantive news was scarce. Unfortunately, we are in an era where some news outlets select news with a bias towards sensationalism and division rather than progress. Sadly, too many news stories highlight the bizarre, ineffective, and embarrassing behavior of career politicians. It's time to change that. Let's elect a representative we can finally be proud of.
My roots to this District run deep, and I believe that is critical for a successful office holder.
I have a background in education, business, and government. I was a middle-school math teacher, a small business owner, and a staffer for the U.S. Senate. I have experience both in and out of government. What voters need most is a representative who listens to them, understands the issues they face, and then advocates on behalf of them. When we hand governance over to career politicians, we lose that. Our current representative doesn't live in our district and has accomplished nothing for our district. Voters deserve better. We don't need politicians who have the 'right last name' or who are selected by the establishment, we need regular people representing 'We the People.' That's why I am running.
The rise of radical socialism, and the strength of do-nothing, career politicians who have removed the interests of 'We the People' in public service is the greatest challenge we face. Every issue, from COVID-19 to challenges still unknown, is filtered through these ineffective and disconnected politicians. This is our greatest challenge-- to undo this corrupt power structure and restore power to the voters. It will be difficult, but, thanks to our founding principles, it's a challenge we can overcome. I stepped up to run for two reasons: 1. I saw the lack of leadership in my own district from an ineffective, career politician, and I knew it was time for a change, and 2. We need the next generation of Republican leadership to step forward.
The two-year term is the right length for representatives. Our Founders instituted this length by design. They knew that a shorter term would require those representatives to stay connected with voters. The power is ultimately with 'We the People.' And, thanks to the Founders, we have the chance every two years to reject the cycle that creates career politicians. Let's not miss this opportunity in 2020!
I strongly support term limits. Our communities have been neglected for far too long by career politicians.
