Anne Peterson Hutto
Anne Peterson Hutto (b. October 23, 1967) was a Democratic member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 115.
Education
Hutto earned her B.A. in Government, International Studies, History from the University of Notre Dame in 1989. She went on to receive her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1992.

Hutton is the owner of a law firm and an attorney.
Political experience
Hutto served in the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing the 115th District from 2008-2010.

Peterson Hutto ran unopposed in the June 8 Democratic primary for District 115 of the South Carolina House of Representatives. Peterson Hutto was defeated by Peter McCoy (R) in the general election on November 2.[1]
2008
On November 4, 2008, Hutto won election to the 115th District seat in the South Carolina House of Representatives, defeating incumbent Wallace Scarborough (R).
Hutto raised $92,737 for her campaign, while Scarborough raised $127,073.[2]
