Anne K. Richardson is a judge for Division 2 of the California 2nd District Court of Appeal. She assumed office on November 25, 2024. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Richardson won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California outright in the primary on March 3, 2020, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Richardson was appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom on September 30, 2024, to replace Brian M. Hoffstadt, and was unanimously confirmed by the California Commission on Judicial Appointments on November 25, 2024 to Second District Court of Appeal, Division Two.[1][2]
