Annette Garner Butler
Annette Garner Butler was a 2013 judicial candidate for the Cleveland Municipal Court in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.[1]

Education
Butler received her undergraduate degree in sociology from Case Western Reserve University in 1966 and her J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1977.[2][3]
