Howard received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.[3]
Career
At the time of his judicial election in 2014, Howard served as a district court commissioner. He had previously worked as a judge pro tem, a public defender, and as an attorney with his own private law firm.[3]
