Anthony Giles
Anthony Giles was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 49 of the Illinois State Senate.
Giles is a high school teacher and Oswego Village Trustee. He has a master's in education from DePaul University and master's in counseling from Northern Illinois University.[1]

Giles ran in the 2012 election for Illinois State Senate District 49. Giles lost in the Republican primary on March 20, 2012. He faced Gary Fitzgerald, Garrett Peck and Brian Smith. Incumbent William "Sam" McCann did not run for re-election in District 49; instead, he ran for District 50. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
