Anthony Higa
Anthony Higa was a 2016 Libertarian candidate for District 19 of the Hawaii House of Representatives. He ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in 2014.

Elections for the Hawaii House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 9, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 3, 2014. Incumbent Bertrand "Bert" Kobayashi was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Victoria Elizabeth Mathieu was unopposed in the Republican primary. Kobayashi defeated Mathieu and Anthony Higa (L) in the general election.[4][5][6]
