Anthony Howell
Anthony Howell is a judge of the Utah Fourth Judicial District.

Gov. Gary R. Herbert (R) appointed Howell to the seat on October 24, 2016. Following approval from the Utah State Senate, Howell replaced retiring Judge Fred D. Howard on January 1, 2017.[1]
