He has successfully organized a petition against 3-hour parking limit signs, receiving over 3,500 signatures, and has twice prevented these restrictions at the state level, preserving convenient access for residents and visitors. As a candidate for the Narragansett Town Council, Anthony opposes ordinances that infringe on landlord rights and stands up for college students who rely on rentals. Committed to restoring the strong sense of community that makes Narragansett special, he promotes local businesses, enhances public services, and ensures every voice is heard

• Bringing Community Back to Narragansett: We can restore the strong sense of community that makes Narragansett special. D’Ellena is committed to promoting local businesses, enhancing public services, and making sure every voice is heard
• Protecting Your Access to Our Beautiful Seawall: Anthony D’Ellena will oppose any and all three-hour parking limitations along our seawall. D’Ellena organized a successful online petition against the 3-hour parking limit signs and received over 3,600 signatures. His efforts have twice prevented these restrictions at the state level, preserving convenient access for both residents and visitors.
• Defending Property Rights: The current Narragansett Town Council is infringing on landlord rights, from imposing the three unrelated person ordinance to attempting to stop short-term rentals. Anthony D’Ellena will stand up for not only the landlords but also for the college students who rely on these rentals and ensure their rights are protected.

The legacy I would like to leave is one of strong community advocacy, effective leadership, and tangible improvements in Narragansett. I want to be remembered for protecting coastal access rights by stopping all parking limit signs. My legacy would also include standing up for the rights of landlords and college students, opposing ordinances that infringe on these groups, and ensuring that everyone in our community is treated fairly. I aspire to restore the strong sense of community that makes Narragansett special by promoting local businesses, enhancing public services, and making sure every voice is heard, leaving a lasting impact that future generations can build upon for a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving community.

Yes, I believe it is highly beneficial for elected officials of the Narragansett Town Council to have previous experience in government or politics. My extensive background includes working in the House of Representatives and actively participating in political campaigns, providing me with a deep understanding of how a campaign should be run and the intricacies of governmental processes. This experience has enabled me to effectively collaborate with state legislators to introduce a resolution requesting the Army Corps of Engineers to repair the Point Judith break wall, and to successfully organize a petition against 3-hour parking limit signs, gathering over 3,500 signatures and twice preventing these restrictions at the state level.
