|- We are facing an unprecedented housing crisis. In my district, housing inventories are low, home prices are soaring, rent is skyrocketed and thousands are in jeopardy of losing their homes. We must act now to disincentivize corporations from buying residential property and to bring this market back under control.
- Washington has the most regressive tax structure in the country and we are dying at the gas pumps. In the short term, we need to lower the gas tax and in the long term eliminate it. It is time we figure out how to switch our major tax structure to a state income tax.
- Our highest priority is education. I am the only educator running in this race. We need to continue to have an educator's voice representing LD 22.
