Anthony J. "Tony" Marabella was a criminal court judge of the 19th Judicial District, Division H in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. He was elected to this position on October 5, 2002.[1][2] Marabella retired on May 1, 2018.[3]

Education

Daniel received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 1970 and his J.D. from LSU Law School in 1973.[4]

Career

After serving as a law clerk during law school, Daniel began his career as a private practice lawyer. He also worked part-time in the East Baton Rouge Parish Attorney's Office. He became an assistant district attorney in 1975 and worked in that position until 1978. He then joined the Public Defender's Office, where he served for a year. After that, he worked as a lawyer in the private sector until his judicial election.[4]
