Anthony McGinty

Anthony McGinty is a judge for the Ulster County Family Court in New York. He was elected to this position in 2006 and was re-elected in 2015.[1]
Education
McGinty received his B.A. from Columbia University in 1979 and his J.D. from Fordham University in 1991.[1]
Career
McGinty began his career in 1992 as a staff attorney for the Orange County Legal Aid Society. He then practiced law under the title of McGinty and McGinty from 1996 to 2005. During this time, he also served on the Ulster County Law Guardian Panel. In 2004 and 2005, he was also on the Law Guardian Appeals Panel for the 3rd Judicial Department. He was elected Town Justice of Rosendale in 2001 and served in this capacity through 2005. In 2006, he joined the Ulster County Family Court.[1]
