Anthony Seminerio
Anthony Seminerio was a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 38 from 2003 to his resignation on June 23, 2009, after being indicted for fraud. On February 4, 2010, he received six years in prison and ordered to repay $1 million. Seminerio died in prison in January 2011.[1][2]
