Tony Sertich (b. January 2, 1976) was a Democratic-Farmer-Labor member and majority leader of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He represented District 5B from 2000 to 2010. He resigned to accept a position as commissioner of Iron Range Resources.[1]

Sertich's professional experience includes working as a legislative assistant to Minnesota State Senator Jerry Janezich and as a small business manager.

He served as minority whip from 2005-2006, assistant minority leader from 2003-2006, and chair of the Freshmen Democratic-Farmer-Labor Caucus from 2001-2002.[2]

Sertich won for re-election to the District 5B seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He defeated Paul Jacobson (R) in the general election on November 2, 2010. [3][4]
