Anthony John Travia (1911-1993) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He joined the court in 1968 after an appointment from Lyndon Johnson. At the time of appointment, he was a member of the New York State Assembly. He resigned on November 30, 1974 to return to private practice.[1] Travia died on December 7, 1993.

Travia was nominated by Lyndon Johnson on April 25, 1968, to a seat vacated by Matthew Abruzzo; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 24, 1968, and received commission on July 17. He resigned on November 30, 1974.[1] Travia was succeeded in this position by George Pratt.
