Such ran in the 2012 election for Arkansas House of Representatives District 99. Such ran unopposed in the May 22 Independent primary, and was defeated by incumbent Republican Kelley Linck in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1] No Democrat filed to run for this seat.[2]
