Antony Ufland
Antony Ufland is a judge on the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown (D) on May 22, 2017, to replace retired Judge Frederick P. Aguirre. The judgeship is officially a nonpartisan position, but Henson is a Democrat.[1]
Biography
Ufland received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He worked at the Orange County Alternate Defender’s Office from 1993 until his judicial appointment in 2017: from 1993 to 2005 as a deputy alternate defender and from 2005 to 2017 as senior deputy alternate defender. From 1991 to 1993, Ufland worked as an associate at the Law Offices of Hagenbaugh and Murphy.[1]
