Biography

Arah Lockhart earned an A.A. from the College of the Virgin Islands in 1977, a bachelor’s in professional studies in 1982, and a master’s in public administration (M.P.A.) in 1987, both from Pace University in New York. Her career experience includes working as an administrative and marketing support person.[1]
