Arcadia Village Drainage Levy Replacement (March 2012)
An Arcadia Village Drainage Levy Replacement measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the village of Arcadia which is in Hancock County.

This measure sought to replace the current drainage levy with one set at a rate of $.23 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to further pay for drainage maintenance, improvement and repair costs in the village.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| A replacement of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Arcadia for the purpose of PROVIDING FUNDS FOR REPLACING, REPAIRING, MAINTAINING, AND IMPROVING THE CURRENT STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM at a rate not exceeding 2.3 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty-three cents ($0.23) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
