  • Gwinnett County is ever-changing. Every year, our population soars to new heights and, with that, we become more and more diverse. Our county deserves a Tax Commissioner who is constantly looking for ways to elevate customer service, save taxpayers money, and serve our growing diverse community with excellence. By extending weekend hours, simplifying the online payment system, and making official tax documents available upon request in various languages, we can better serve the growing diverse population in Gwinnett.
  • I will work to reduce taxes by identifying waste and ensuring our resources are used wisely. I will also perform a complete audit of our tax code and tax calculations.
  • I will ensure our office seeks and utilizes all options available to ease the burden of taxes on our citizens while also lobbying for new exemptions. I will be YOUR advocate.
I'm deeply passionate about a variety of public policy areas, with tax reform, technology governance, and accountability measures ranking among my top interests.

Tax policy isn't just about revenue collection; it's a powerful tool for shaping social and economic behavior. I believe in crafting tax policies that promote fairness, efficiency, and economic growth while also addressing income inequality and ensuring that the burden of taxation is distributed equitably across society.

Technology governance is another area close to my heart. As technology continues to advance at a rapid pace, it's essential that we have robust regulatory frameworks in place to protect privacy, ensure cybersecurity, and promote innovation.
Integrity: Elected officials must possess unwavering honesty, transparency, and ethical conduct in all their actions. Integrity forms the foundation of trust between officials and the public they serve.
Ethical Conduct and Transparency: Upholding high standards of ethical conduct and transparency is paramount for elected officials. They must adhere to ethical guidelines, disclose potential conflicts of interest, and operate with honesty and integrity to maintain public trust.

Financial transparency and government accountability are indispensable for upholding the principles of democracy, fostering public trust, and promoting effective and ethical governance. It is incumbent upon governments at all levels to prioritize these principles and implement measures to ensure transparency, accountability, and integrity in their operations.
