Ariel Belen
Ariel E. Belen was a justice on the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. He joined the court on January 25, 2008.[1] He was retained by voters in 2008 and retired from the court in 2012.[2][3]
Education
Judge Belen received a B.A. degree from Brooklyn College in 1978 and a J.D. degree (with a specialization in international legal affairs) from Cornell Law School in 1981.[1]
