The Arizona Cannabis Legalization Initiative was not on the ballot in Arizona as an initiated state statute on November 3, 2020.

The ballot initiative would have legalized the possession, consumption, cultivation, and sale of cannabis, also known as marijuana, for adults who are at least 18 years of age. The ballot initiative would have provided for the immediate relief of prior charges for cannabis offenses. The ballot initiative would have allocated revenue from the sales tax on cannabis, which could not exceed the state's general sales tax, to school districts, charter schools, and state healthcare programs.[1]
