AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 1 OF SUBDIVISION 2, ("THE LEGISLATURE"), OF ARTICLE 4, OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA, AS AMENDED BY INITIATIVE PETITION, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE, JULY THIRD, 1918, AND APPROVED BY A MAJORITY OF THE VOTES CAST THEREON AT THE GENERAL ELECTION, HELD ON THE FIFTH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1918.
