PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF ARIZONA BY WHICH IT IS PROPOSED TO ADD TO ARTICLE 11 THEREOF AN ADDITIONAL SECTION TO BE NUMBERED 11 RELATING TO MAINTENANCE OF KINDERGARTEN SCHOOLS, COMMON SCHOOLS AND HIGH SCHOOLS.
