THE FIRST FOURTEEN SECTIONS OF SENATE BILL NO. 116, TENTH LEGISLATURE, STATE OF ARIZONA, HERETO ATTACHED, ENTITLED AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION; TO PROVIDE FOR AN ECONOMIC AND FISCAL SURVEY OF THE DEVELOPED RESOURCES OF THE STATE AND OF ALL PROPERTY AND CLASSES OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE STATE; TO PROVIDE FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH SURVEY, AND TO PROVIDE AND FIX THE METHOD FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT TAXES.
