Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure Nos. 300-301 was as follows:

REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY ARTICLE 5, CHAPTER 24, BEING SECTIONS 1391 TO 1457 INCLUSIVE, REVISED CODE OF ARIZONA, 1928. ALSO TRANSFERRING TO THE STATE TREASURER ALL RECORDS OF THE ARIZONA INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION AND EMPOWERING HIM TO LIQUIDATE ITS AFFAIRS. ALSO EMPOWERING THE STATE TREASURER TO HEAR, MODIFY AND SETTLE OR COMPROMISE CLAIMS, COMPENSATION AWARDS MADE OR CLAIMED AGAINST THE ARIZONA INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION AND EMPOWERING HIM TO CONTRACT AND PAY FOR ALL NECESSARY MATERIALS, EXPENSES AND ASSISTANTS TO EFFECT THE FOREGOING.
