Arizona Proposition 102 was on the ballot as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment in Arizona on November 6, 1984. It was defeated.

A "yes" vote supported prohibiting strikes by public employees and prohibiting binding arbitration over employment issues, providing for the termination of any public employee who participates in a strike, and establishing a ten percent pay cut for any rehired employee that was terminated for participating in a strike.

A "no" vote opposed prohibiting strikes by public employees and prohibiting binding arbitration over employment issues, providing for the termination of any public employee who participates in a strike, and establishing a ten percent pay cut for any rehired employee that was terminated for participating in a strike.
