A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF ARIZONA RELATING TO THE SUPERIOR COURT; PROVIDING THAT JURY BE DRAWN AND SUMMONED FROM PORTION OF COUNTY AS DESIGNATED BY COURT RULE IF ONE OR MORE JUDICIAL DISTRICTS ARE ESTABLISHED IN THE COUNTY PURSUANT TO COURT RULE, AND AMENDING ARTICLE VI, SECTION 17, CONSTITUTION OF ARIZONA.
