PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF ARIZONA REMOVING FROM CORPORATION COMMISSION THE LICENSING, CONTROL, AND SUPERVISION OF DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN INSURERS; PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE AND APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR THEREOF, AND AMENDING ARTICLE 14, SECTION 17, AND ARTICLE 15, SECTION 5, CONSTITUTION OF ARIZONA.
