A "yes" vote supported requiring deposits and refunds for certain alcoholic beverage containers, prescribing refund values and procedures, prohibiting the sale of certain types of containers and labelling, and providing for redemption centers.

A "no" vote opposed requiring deposits and refunds for certain alcoholic beverage containers, prescribing refund values and procedures, prohibiting the sale of certain types of containers and labelling, and providing for redemption centers.

AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; PROVIDING FOR DEPOSIT AND REFUND FOR CERTAIN BEVERAGE CONTAINERS; PRESCRIBING REFUND VALUES AND REFUND PROCEDURES; PROHIBITING SALE OF CERTAIN CONTAINERS AND CONTAINER ATTACHMENTS; PROVIDING FOR REDEMPTION CENTERS; PROVIDING FOR DEALER AND REDEMPTION CENTER REIMBURSEMENT FROM DISTRIBUTOR, AND AMENDING TITLE 4, ARIZONA REVISED STATUES, BY ADDING CHAPTER 3.
