The Arizona Stop Payday Loans Initiative was not on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Arizona as an initiated state statute. The measure would have made payday loans a Class 5 felony.[1]
Following, supporters focused their attention on defeating the Payday Loan Reform Act.[2]
