Arizona Supreme Court suspends lawyer

Arizona: On February 4, the Arizona Supreme Court ordered the suspension of a lawyer, Alan N. Ariav, for one year. Ariav was found to have misrepresented a client and will have to reapply to the State Bar of Arizona for admission to practice law in Arizona again.
