The Arizona judicial elections of 2010 consisted of retention elections for the Arizona Supreme Court, Arizona Court of Appeals, and Superior Courts in Maricopa and Pima counties. There were also nonpartisan elections for Superior Court seats in the smaller counties. These elections occurred on the same day as the general election, November 2, 2010. In Arizona, judges are appointed by the governor after being nominated from commissions.
