Three statewide ballot questions were certified for the 2012 ballot in the state of Arkansas. Five measures were originally certified, but two of them (Issues 3 and 4), although they did appear on the ballot, were pronounced invalid through court action and the votes on them were not counted.
- The petition drive deadline for ballot initiatives seeking ballot access in 2012 was July 6, 2012.
- The state signature requirement for initiated constitutional amendments was 78,133 and 62,507 for initiated state statutes.
- The 2012 state legislative session began on February 13, 2012 and ended on March 13, 2012.
