The Arkansas Arkansas Abolition of State Property Tax, Proposed Amendment 41, also known as Proposed Amendment 41, was on the November 2, 1948 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have abolished the state property tax.[1]
