The Arkansas Appropriation of School Funds Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the 1932 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have required the legislature to appropriate $6 per capita of the school population for the public schools, as well as an additional sum to be calculated.[1]
