The Arkansas Attorney General election of 2010 was held on November 2, 2010.

Dustin McDaniel (Democrat) faced off against a third-party candidate, Rebekah Kennedy (Green Party), and a write-in, Marc Rosson. McDaniel defended his seat, winning 72.8 percent of the vote to Kennedy's 26.8 percent. Marc Rosson received 0.4 percent of the vote as a write-in candidate.
